4day/10hr Shifts: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country.

A Packer is to pack product and maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.

Essential Function:

• Quality: Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
• Comprehension: Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine appropriate work to be completed.
• Reporting: Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
• Packaging: Place finished product with correct labeling on skids according to production requirement
• Agility: Fast-Paced Environment. Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time. Repetitive Movement.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of rolling mill equipment, it's components and surrounding area.
• Reliability: Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.
• Safety: Abide by all Safety Protocol and wear proper safety attire at all times.
