LERETA’s Strategic Sales Representative cultivates new opportunities and drives strategic discussions with the country’s largest mortgage lenders and title service providers. This role focuses on developing relationships at the corporate level while coordinating with internal LERETA teams - preparing large and complex deals for successful implementation. Once the sales cycle is complete, this role maintains relationships with the client and the customer success teams ensuring our new clients remain raving fans of LERETA. The position is responsible for yearly new contract value targets and works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to track business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: · Leads and accounts for required sales/revenue targets · Develops a strategic outreach plan which results in a pipeline of opportunities · Leads enterprise level account mapping and relationship building · Researches and understands the prospective client’s business goals, objectives, and challenges · Communicates value propositions and recommendations effectively to the leadership within a prospective company · Keeps up to date with latest industry pain points, competitive landscapes, and possesses full knowledge LERETA’s solutions and advantages · Participates in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, and campaigns · Collaborates with LERETA client success and operational teams during the sales cycle and post deal closing · Engages actively in the implementation of each new customer, ensuring a quick and complete realization of revenue This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.
