• We offer a competitive hourly wage with a high shift differential on off shifts and all weekend shifts  
• Our LPNs have the ability to become supervisors and earn a higher wage  
• Our neighborhoods have lighter assignments - LPNs on day shift have a 1:15 ration, evenings is 1:15, and nights is 1:30!  
• We offer a generous career matrix that will allow LPNs to get reimbursed for any schooling   
• We have local partnerships with Roberts Wesleyan- earn your degree while working and get reimbursed for it!  
• We offer weekend contracts (and earn a higher hourly wage) and float contracts
