Overview:

This position is responsible for processing brokerage shipments for assigned accounts in a timely and accurate manner, while supporting reporting, tracking, and resolution of account-related issues. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume workflows, research discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams and external customers. Success in this position depends on effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process brokerage shipments for assigned accounts
• Ability to process within 48 hours of receipt
• Work with traders and/or assistants on issues in processing
• Quickly able to research and process unapplied cash for assigned accounts
• Help with reporting and tracking of account shipments
• Comfortable communicating with internal and external customers
• Comfortable questioning paperwork that needs attention
• Other duties as required
  

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Multi-task oriented and flexible
• Capable of functioning in high volume task environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities
