What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care across multiple locations
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
- Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings
- Collaborate with doctors and teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adapt quickly while maintaining a consistent, positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
- Comfortable working in multiple locations and teams
- Strong clinical skills and efficiency with time management
- Positive, adaptable, and team-first mindset
- Passion for patient care and education

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation
$55-$62 per hour
