Role Overview:
Early engagement with prospective customers directly shapes how organizations evaluate and adopt customer experience technology. In this role, you influence how inbound demand is assessed, prioritized, and converted into qualified pipeline, ensuring that every interaction reflects both precision and empathy. You will gain hands on exposure to modern sales development practices while contributing to real business outcomes across marketing and sales alignment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop core capabilities in data driven decision making, customer engagement, and pipeline strategy. This internship provides visibility into enterprise go to market operations and builds a strong foundation for future careers in sales, business development, or revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound lead flow by prioritizing, organizing, and supporting timely follow up to maximize conversion into qualified opportunities
Analyze prospect data to identify qualification signals and deliver insights that improve lead routing and engagement strategies
Conduct targeted account and contact research to uncover buying signals and support early stage opportunity development
Maintain CRM data integrity to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and enable effective forecasting and reporting
Develop and refine outreach messaging that improves response rates and aligns with brand positioning
Support cross functional initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and response processes
Observe and synthesize product demonstration insights to strengthen understanding of customer use cases and value drivers
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive coordinated campaign follow up and improve lead lifecycle management
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for professional audiences
Familiarity with data analysis concepts and comfort working with CRM systems and spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team oriented environment
Demonstrated willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop new skills
Proactive mindset with curiosity about business processes and customer engagement strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or revenue operations
Exposure to coursework or projects related to marketing, sales, or data analysis
Demonstrated initiative through academic, extracurricular, or personal projects
Interest in technology platforms and customer experience solutions
