In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience

Experience interacting with clients and business for RAD(Rapid Application Development). Preferably, a person with CMS background would help as RAD is based on Drupal development.

Preferred Skill and Experience

- Experience of driving team project related activities in Agile and SAFE Agile model
- Has an extensive and consistent ability of delivering complex projects throughout lifecycle
- Should be able to do need analysis, option analysis for product feature fitment and design workarounds for the gaps
- Should have experience on understanding key stakeholders involved in CMS migrations and liaison with them to understand requirements, manage key expectations, effective dependency management, identify risk and come up with effective solutions
-Should be able to drive overall estimations, manage the delivery and coordinate across multiple CMS tracks in an Agile Delivery set up
- Should be able to identify opportunities for implementing CMS innovations, automations and solution accelerators in tandem with modern CMS best practices
- Provide guidance on environments setup, tool configurations etc. matching Enterprise standards so product can be scalable for future needs
- Drive the delivery of project deliverable leveraging onsite and offshore technical teams. Should be able to review and ensure quality
- Should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME in a Global delivery environment

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
