As an Alert 360 alarm dispatcher, you will respond to various types of alarm, fire, and medical signals from all over the United States, working with home or business owners and local emergency personnel. You’ll be the one there when help is needed, to reassure or send assistance. Perhaps you thrive on helping others and are looking for more fulfilling work with a purpose? Customer service or contact center experience is a plus. You’ll want to love talking on the phone, being compassionate, calming, and competent in a variety of call situations.
