Transport Coordinator
The Transport Coordinator is responsible for the transportation of donors and/or transport of donor serology and lab samples. Additionally, this role will be required to complete vehicle inspection, maintenance, and general upkeep, and comply with all documentation policies.
Ensure timely and safe transportation of donors between Donor Alliance recovery center and offsite locations
Manage and inspect vehicles for appropriate equipment necessary for safe transportation of donors
Provide strong level of relationship management with external partners, including providing education around donation process and process opportunities
Complete check-in and check-out process with recovery staff of each donor

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience working in a driving capacity for mortuary transport or coroner’s office preferred
Customer-service focus and relationship building, a must
Previous experience working with decedents and transport cots, preferred
