Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in an International class hotel
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Apprenticeship or college level
- Additional improvement programs in F&B
- Strong expertise in pastry, baking, and current global dessert trends
- Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and cost control
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexible hours
