Job Description:

The Executive Pastry Chef leads all pastry and dessert operations, overseeing menu development, daily production, quality standards, and food safety across outlets and events. The role combines culinary creativity with strong operational, financial, and team leadership, ensuring consistency, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences. Close collaboration with culinary, F&B, Events, Sales, and Marketing teams is essential, along with active involvement in training, talent development, and strategic planning. The position requires proven senior pastry leadership experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to perform in a high-volume luxury environment.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences in an International class hotel
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Apprenticeship or college level
  • Additional improvement programs in F&B
  • Strong expertise in pastry, baking, and current global dessert trends
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and cost control
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexible hours
