The Technical Program Manager will play a central role in leading complex, cross‑functional programs within FTAI’s Power Group. This position is responsible for driving execution across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver high‑impact initiatives that support our power generation, power systems, and related industrial programs.
In this role, you will define program structure, build and manage detailed schedules, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment across technical and operational stakeholders. You will serve as the primary coordinating point for program planning and execution—translating technical requirements into actionable workstreams, maintaining accountability across teams, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with leadership and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, schedule, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with engineering leads
- Track and manage program execution; identify risks, dependencies, and critical path items
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across design, test, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Lead program reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Own the integrated master schedule (IMS) and drive accountability across teams
- Manage change control processes and ensure traceability of requirements
- Identify and resolve technical and programmatic blockers proactively
- Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and customer interactions as needed
Qualifications:
- Define program scope, schedule, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with engineering leads
- Track and manage program execution; identify risks, dependencies, and critical path items
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across design, test, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Lead program reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communications

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Background in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes and requirements management
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $180,000 –$220,000 per year. This range reflects only base compensation and does not include any bonuses, incentive compensation, equity awards, or other benefits that may be offered as part of the total compensation package. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
