How the Financial & Operations System Administrator works with the team:



The Financial & Operations Systems Administrator to serve as a key pillar in the digital transformation of our resort’s finance function. This role is responsible for both core accounting activities and the system architecture of Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate doesn't manage the General Ledger; they own the workflows that connect Sage Intacct to our operational systems (SnowCloud, RMS, etc.) to our financial data.



Key Responsibilities: 




  • Sage Intacct Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Sage Intacct instance, focusing first on the configuration and optimization of Purchasing, Fixed Assets Accounting, AP, AR, Cash Management, Budgets 

  • Process Automation: Lead the initiative to move from manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes to fully automated workflows within Sage Intacct, ensuring real-time visibility into resort performance.

  • Systems Integration: Partner with our technology and operations teams to integrate third-party resort management software with Sage Intacct, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.

  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Design and maintain automated executive dashboards within Sage Intacct, translating complex resort data into actionable KPIs (RevPA, EBITDA, etc.).

  • Financial Integrity: While automations are being implemented, directly handle certain staff accounting entry responsibilities.
