Job Purpose:

Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building

Duties

• Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces and trim)
• Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• May potentially buff floors in some facilities
• Clean rugs and mats
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• MUST be able to pass background check
