The Route Service Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely. Obtain/maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (we can assist). Strong sales skills, and ability to work independently in various weather conditions. Driving Record: No major offenses (e.g., DUI/DWI, reckless driving); No more than 2 moving violations; and no suspensions or revocations in the last 3 years and 21+ years of age (DOT requirement). Physical Ability: Lift/carry 250+ units/day (up to 45 lbs each); Climb in/out of vehicle 40-55 times/day; Work 45-hour weeks, variable hours; Alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day, with or without reasonable accommodation Safety & Service Focus: Drive safely, follow DOT documentation, and adhere to safety policies. Maintain professionalism, deliver products on schedule, and keep accurate records. Support the team, and clean water dispensers Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
