PURPOSE OF JOB: |
To lead and grow the newly formed Copilot & Power Platform team, delivering innovative, AI-powered and low-code solutions to customers using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. This role will shape the strategic direction of the practice, oversee delivery excellence, and drive adoption of Microsoft’s next-generation productivity and automation tools.
The lead will oversee and participate in projects, including Azure migrations, the creation of Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Desktop, and application modernisation initiatives. This hybrid "player-manager" role requires a balance of leadership and hands-on consultancy, with an initial focus on dedicating 1-2 days per week to leadership responsibilities, increasing over time as the team grows. |
