Job Description

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator supports the execution, administration, and day-to-day operations of Moore’s learning programs through Moore to Learn (MTL). This role partners closely with the Learning & Development Program Manager and internal subject matter experts to coordinate training delivery, maintain course content, support learners and managers, and ensure accurate training records and reporting. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. The Training Coordinator ensures training runs smoothly—from live session logistics and course publishing to learner support, evaluations, and reporting—while helping translate expert knowledge into engaging, accessible learning experiences.

This full-time, salaried position is a remote role.

Your Impact:

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration & Course Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date course information within Moore’s learning management system (LMS).
  • Oversee ongoing course maintenance, including monitoring expiration dates, contacting course authors in advance, and coordinating course reviews, updates, extensions, retirements, or archival.
  • Edit and update previously published courses to ensure accuracy, relevance, accessibility, and alignment with current standards.
  • Maintain accurate links and associated resources for all published training courses, applying LMS logic to ensure learners access only materials relevant to them
  • Conduct feature testing of LMS capabilities and support continuous platform improvement.
  • Perform custom portal and page edits as needed (e.g., Donor Ambassador FAQs and role-specific content).
  • Proactively audit and resolve UKG data quality issues that impact Absorb user administration and reporting.
  • Coordinate live training classes, including scheduling, promotion, logistics, enrollment management, and post-session evaluations
  • Maintain training FAQs and supporting documentation for learners and managers.
  • Facilitate the evaluation and publication of approved third-party training courses within the LMS.

Course Development, Content Creation & Accessibility

  • Facilitate the end-to-end Course Development process, including Course Outline creation, Course Review coordination, and Final Approval, ensuring timely feedback from reviewers and edits with course authors.
  • Assist in content creation for designated courses using approved templates and designated AI tools and agents.
  • Create and manage course attributes, including course cards, thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata to support discoverability and engagement.
  • Convert live or recorded video content into interactive learning courses using designated templates when available.
  • Implement accessibility-related elements within courses, including captions, bookmarks, and other required accessibility enhancements.
  • Design and implement Knowledge Checks and/or Quizzes for applicable courses; draft content using designated AI tools and facilitate review, edits, and approval from the Moore to Learn (MTL) team and course authors.
  • Build thoughtful interactive checkpoints within courses that align with defined learning outcomes.
  • Maintain the centralized training file repository in OneDrive, ensuring all course outlines, decks, recordings, and supplemental resources are properly stored and accessible.

Training Promotion, Communications & Engagement

  • Partner with the Communications team to promote Moore to Learn (MTL) courses through established communication channels.
  • Maintain and execute the MTL promotion plan, coordinating regular reviews with the MTL team and key partners (e.g., Communications).
  • Develop and publish LMS promotional assets, including billboards, banners, course posters, and homepage features.
  • Administer automated learner email communications to support timely enrollment, completion, and engagements.
  • Facilitate regular review and updates of the LMS homepage and manage new course notification subscriptions.

Learner, Manager & Training Plan Support

  • Administer enrollments for designated courses for individuals or teams (e.g., Salesforce Pre-Evaluation Course group assignments).
  • Manage all incoming Moore to Learn requests via the [email protected] inbox; resolve routine requests and escalate technical or system issues to appropriate partners (IT, HR, HRIS).
  • Partner with managers to create customized training plans for employees in key roles and assist managers in supporting timely completion.
  • Administer training plan evaluations for both managers and employees.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of recurring learning metric reports to a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
