- Remove & sanitize all waste receptical on each floor.
- Conduct a through cleaning of the restrooms located on the first floor and in the houskeeping department, ensuring high cleaniness stanadrds are upheld.
- Inspect the meeting room for cleanliness, make sure chairs and tables are set up in a u-shape design. (If a meeting is schedule, you will change the set up).
- Clean lobby area, restock coffee items, refresh water.
- Sweep & mop the landing areas on first, second & third floors.
- Wipe down elevator surface and tracks daily.
- Discuss any speacial projects or request with your supervisor.
- Inspect all floors for waste and linen outside guest room doors and vacuum all floors if necessary.
- Clean the exterior area by picking up all trash & debris.
- Sweep all stairways. Make sure no guests are hanging out.
- Clean ice machines.
- Walk the parking lot, pick up any trash.
- Check all vehicles in the parking lot to see a Microtel parking pass. If the car does not, then you are to call the towing company.
- Support front desk if needed.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
