    Dean of Students - WCHS

    REPORTS TO: Principal 
    COMPENSATION: Based on Administrator Compensation Model
    WORK CALENDAR: 200 day
    STANDARD HOURS: 8 Hours/Day, 40 Hours/Week
    CORP STATUS: Certified
    FLSA STATUS:  Exempt
     


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Track Grade Level Data (Grades, Attendance, Graduation Progress, 21st Century Scholars, Grad Pathways, Academic and Technical Honors Diploma, Intervention Data, etc..)
    • Create Monthly Grade Level Newsletter
    • Lead Weekly Grade Level Team meeting
    • Monitor Safety and Security Measures for WCHS
    • Cafeteria and Hallway Supervision
    • Conduct Certified and Classified staff evaluations
    • Coordinate Student / Staff Handbooks
    • Public Agency Representative (PAR) for Grade Level IEP and 504 Meetings
    • Conduct/Assist with Random Drug Testing Program
    • Grade Level Awards Programs
    • Non-Athletic ECA Coordinator or School Safety Coordinator
    • Other Duties as Assigned by Principal 

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Master's Degree in Education Administration preferred
    • Education Administration License, working on administrative license, or interested in administration
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
