Job Summary � The qualified teacher provides instruction to students in grades 9-12 in the area of Auto Mechanics/Small Engines and promotes a career pathway program connecting students to essential careers in a Career and Technical Field.
The teacher develops lesson plans, conducts classroom instruction, evaluates, and assesses both instructional material and student performance. The teacher interprets student progress and communicates regularly with parents about student strengths, weaknesses and/or programs. The teacher is a member of an interdisciplinary team and works collaboratively with colleagues to make decisions about team programming and supporting students through intervention and enrichment.

Compensation Package � Position offers a starting salary of $52,201 - $88,001, based on education and experience. Additionally, a benefits package is available that includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
