Your role in our team 

 

As our new student worker in the People Development team within Global People, you will gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of tasks, allowing you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while supporting our employer branding and talent attraction activities.

 

You will work closely with our Employer Branding and Talent Development Partner to support and drive various employer branding initiatives that strengthen awareness of Terma and its attractiveness as an employer. The role also involves collaboration with colleagues across Global People, Marketing and Communication when planning campaigns, events, and communication activities.

 

At Terma, we foster a positive team culture where everyone helps each other stay focused, motivated, and committed to achieving results. How you will make a meaningful contribution

 

As a Student Worker in our People Development team, your key responsibilities include:

 

    • Creating engaging content for Terma’s social media platforms in collaboration with Marketing
    • Planning and executing sponsored LinkedIn campaigns, including target audience analysis, campaign setup, and performance evaluation
    • Filming and editing video content for various projects
    • Writing and proofreading content for different communication channels
    • Supporting the planning and coordination of career fairs, internal events, and other employer branding activities
    • Maintaining and updating content on our internal and external career sites
    • Various ad hoc tasks related to employer branding and talent attraction
