KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The BDC Representative is a master at establishing and keeping a book of business. As a BDC Representative, you are responsible for gathering customer information, scheduling appointments, and keeping appointments while following up with all customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. Fox Motors is looking for a BDC Representative that has strong organizational and listening skills, loves working with people, and desires to be part of a team. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
- Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.
- Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
- Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
- Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
- Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior BDC experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
