Work Assignment:

• Each participant will receive on-the-job training from the Summer Youth Training Coordinator and on-site immediate supervisor.
• On-the-Job training will consist of, but not be limited to:
  • Familiarity with the Employee Handbook
  • Proper time and attendance reporting
  • Suitable work attire and general appearance guidelines
  • Understanding of reporting relationships
• Participants shall be responsible for compliance and adherence to all Tribal and on-site workplace and departmental policies and procedures.
• Prior to beginning work, participants will sign confirmation stating they understand the relevant policies and procedures.
• No summer youth participant will drive another participant to his or her work.
