JOB OVERVIEW:



As an inspectors you will be responsible of maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Working alongside Rooms Division Manager/Housekeeping Manager coordinating daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping Brand standards. You are also responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent guest satisfaction and experience.



QUALIFICATIONS:




  • High School graduate or equivalent vocational training.

  • 1-year housekeeping experience.

  • Ability to communicate in English with guests and hotel personnel to their understanding.

  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and cooperativeness.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:




  • Responsible for smooth operation of the floors assigned.

  • Responsible for the performance of housemen and room attendants

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, heart of the house area of the floor, and public areas

  • Organize the guest needs under intimation to EHK/Executive.

  • Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.

  • Aware of all room categories and amenities.

  • Assist Housekeeping Manager with training requirements.

  • Ensure all operation is completed, and boards done before leaving your shift
