AdvisaCare Home Health is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Intake/Insurance Coordinator to join our team at our Muskegon location! This is not a remote position

This is Mon-Fri, 08:00-5:00 PM in office, with weekends in rotation from your home watching for referrals.

  1. The Intake /Insurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that benefit information, initial authorization and patient liability are obtained prior to the clinical staff starting care.
  2. This position also includes initial scheduling of clinical staff, tracking orders and other pertinent documentation from physicians / providers / referral sources.
  3. Wellsky/Kinnser Agency Manager is the EMR platform, previous experience a plus but not required.
  4. Utilization of multiple Referral portals as well as eFax is required.
