What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care

• Document treatments using Net Health

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Vermont

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, patient-focused approach
