POSITION SUMMARY:  Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Associates in Nursing


• Minimum of one year Emergency Room or Critical Care Nursing


• State of Alaska RN licensure


• BLSP & ACLS through the American Heart Association 


• PALS or ENPC and TNCC within 6 months of employment
