Fuel Client Liaison    

DEPARTMENT: Transit Solutions


REPORTING TO: RT46 Contract Manager    

LOCATION: South Africa 


ADDITIONAL INFO:

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for all office administrative duties for specific provinces/clients allocated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding of the RT46 SLA and adherence to contractual obligations;
  • Training of clients on Fuel Card Processes and Systems;
  • Preparation of reports to specific deadlines;
  • Handling incoming calls and resolving of customer queries and investigations;
  • Handling incoming calls and resolving of merchant queries;
  • Follow-up and updating clients about their queries and investigations
  • Logging and tracking of card orders, cancellations, report requests, capturing and keeping track of NFC stock (TBC), including sequence control report; 
  • Liaison with the Bank (Bidvest) on issues affecting service delivery;
  • Opening, updating and closing all installation calls on SAP/HEAT (NFC TBC);
  • Administer Fuel Card Orders, Lost Cards, Stolen Cards and Asset Register;
  •  Administrate the Weekly and Monthly Reports and update the Management Board;
  • Daily monitoring of Exceptions;
  • Mandate management for provincial clients; and
  • Report review with RT46 contract Manager and client. This could also be with only client

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education/achievements     

  • Grade 12 Certificate or NQF 4  
  • Relevant Post-Matric Qualification 
     

Experience/Knowledge  

  • 1-2 years’ administration experience,
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relations,
  • Reliable with good ethical conduct
  • Accuracy    
  • Ability to communicate in one of the provincial languages,

     

Specific Skills

  • Customer Service Orientated,
  • Proficiency in the following software packages is essential: PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
