We are seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Leader specializing in lawn care, landscaping, tree work, irrigation maintenance and repair. This leadership role involves supervising a team of around 15 people, while performing hands-on duties related to landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation, and gardening. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment operation, truck driving, trailer pulling, and overseeing projects to ensure quality work and safety standards are met. This position is hands on, meaning you will be performing work along side of crew. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional outdoor maintenance.
