Duties

Maintain a high-level of understanding for the International Space Station (ISS) Program content, schedule, and budget.,Perform independent program, planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) / budget analyses and assessments.,Complete Early Warning System monthly assessment for the ISS Program.,Provide parametric cost and schedule assessments as required for major ISS Program development projects.,Perform schedule analysis and assessments, both solicited and unsolicited.,Perform special topic assessments, both solicited and unsolicited.,Compute and estimate the effect of proposed changes in legislation or regulations to determine impact on program operations and management.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Formulating and exchanging new concepts, processes, applications, and practices related to program and budget management; Providing insight into federal business and financial procedures, contractor technical monitoring, and negotiations with customers or Programs in accordance with project management practices; Developing and implementing tools and processes to effectively manage and track business traffic and project spending.
