Night Shift Fabrication Associate – 4x10 Workweek

Position:

Night Shift Fabrication Associate – 4x10 Workweek

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate metal fabrication equipment to produce parts according to specifications and production schedules.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform basic machine setup, alignment, and adjustments as needed.
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly output goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Basic math skills, including ability to read a tape measure and check for square.
• General knowledge of safety practices, including quality system awareness.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10+ hours per shift).
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate starting at $18.75/hour
• Additional $2.00/hour shift differential (night shift)
• Additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details)
