Job Description:Our Cargo Charter team works around the clock to organise and arrange charter solutions for clients, ensuring shipments are moved quickly and securely. This is a fast-paced sales role suited to a proactive, quick-thinking individual who can build and develop long-term client relationships while effectively managing complex requests.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage client relationships to generate new air cargo business opportunities
- Proactively cold call and prospect new customers across target markets
- Arrange and coordinate cargo charter flights based on client requirements
- Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines, operators, and logistics partners
- Prepare competitive quotes and oversee the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion
- Monitor market trends to identify new trade lanes and growth opportunities
- Ensure all cargo movements comply with aviation and international shipping regulations
- Represent ACS at industry events and networking functions to expand market presence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, freight and logistics management, air transport, handling
- Minimum 2 years previous experience working in b2b sales with the ability to exceed sales targets
- Fluent French, English and Dutch speaker
- Hard-working and flexible, this role is not just a 9-to-5 job
- Excellent communicator
- Proactive with the ability to work in fast paced environments and able to come up with solutions
- Highly resilient and comfortable telephone prospecting and developing new business
- Valid driver's license and passport
Your knowledge:
- Sales and negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of the company's products and/or services
- General knowledge of air charter
