You can look forward to these exciting tasks:



  • Contribute to the reliable operation and continuous optimization of SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM) and SuccessFactors Learning and Recruiting.

  • Translate business requirements into system solutions, including process analysis, gap identification, and definition of future-state scenarios.

  • Drive and coordinate system enhancements and improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners.

  • Actively contribute to global initiatives such as SAP ECC HR rollouts, SuccessFactors implementations, and FIORI enablement.


 


This is what you bring to us:




  • More than 3 years of experience in the SAP HCM domain, preferably with involvement in large-scale, complex ERP initiatives at a global or enterprise level.



  • Proven hands-on expertise in SAP HCM configuration.


  • Strong experience in Time Management or and Payroll within an international environment, with in-depth knowledge of evaluation schemas and rules.

  • SAP S/4 HANA & Success Factors knowledge are a plus.


  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with both remote and on-site teams.



  • Experience working in international and cross-functional team environments.



  • Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.



  • High level of ownership, accountability, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.



  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


  • Willingness to travel to Germany.
