Position Summary 



The Snack Bar Attendant will provide accurate, friendly and professional food and beverage services in multiple venues and prepares food and beverage orders in a professional and efficient manner.                                                                                                                              



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:




  • Customer Service:


    • Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.

    • Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

    • Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions.

    • Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.



  • Food Preparation:

    • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.

    • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area.



  • Cash Handling:

    • Operate cash registers and handle member & guest transactions accurately.

    • Process payments, issue receipts, and return change as needed.



  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and restock inventory as needed.

    • Perform routine checks on stock levels and report shortages.

    • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.



  • Maintaining Cleanliness:

    • Keep the snack bar area, dining tables, and service areas clean and organized.

    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and sanitation.



  • Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation.

    • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.

    • Assist in other areas of the snack bar as needed.
