LOCATION & REPORT



  • Job Title:           Sales Supervisor – GT

  • Scope:              Long An

  • Reporting to:     Regional Sales Manager (RSM)


 


JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES


 


1) Management and delivery of local sell out.


2) Direct supervision: from 4 to 7 Sales Rep (DSR)


4) Coverage and numeric distribution all assigned region


5) Weekly/Monthly report per requirement from Line manager


6) Product quality and inventory management


7) Interact with Head Office to deploy activities/objectives and problem solving in a daily basis


8) Proficient at DMS, using DMS minimum twice a day, morning & afternoon

  • Direct report:Regional Sales Manager


 


RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?



  1. Be the representative to work with Distributors & at the assigned market: goods import monthly and quarterly…..

  2. Directly manage the sales teams (DSRs): recruit and train sales teams (DSR), Manage the results and performance of the sales team, manage discipline and motivation.

  3. Be Responsible for management and implementation of sales targets, sales activities: Displays, Promotions, POSMs and Inventory at key points of sale: Showroom (VIP shop), Wholesale Store (Wholesaler)….

  4. Manage the inventory, the regulations of products stocks at the Distributor's warehouse & at the point of sale in accordance with the requirements and instructions from Bel VN’s policy

  5. Provide feedback on product quality and report to customer service.

  6. Reports of sales results by day, week, month


 


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


1. Educational Qualifications: University/College.


2. Working Experience: experience in FMCG environment at the same position or Food Category is preferred.


3. Technical & Professional competencies required:             



  • Organizational and team leader skills.

  • Sales team Supervision and Coaching skills

  • Daily sales data monitoring skills

  • Problem solving skills for issues in market
