Ready to step into a high-impact leadership role where you can shape programs, lead teams, and drive real results? Merakey is looking for a Senior Director of Education to oversee multiple school-based programs across Western PA.

 

Senior Director of Education (West) – PA
? Greensburg | Leechburg | Mt. Pleasant | Indiana | Altoona | East Freedom
? Salary: Up to $90,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead operations across multiple education centers
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and staffing
  • Drive performance, quality, and program growth
  • Coach and develop leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards
  • Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships

What You Bring:

  • Leadership experience in education, special education, or behavioral health
  • Experience managing multi-site programs and budgets
  • Strong background in team leadership, operations, and program development
