About High Scale

We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Imagine Amazon’s obsession with metrics meeting SpaceX’s audacious ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.

Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and analysts produces thousands of social and TV campaigns weekly for lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re scaling fast—and we need a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw numbers into actionable strategies that power growth at warp speed.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the engine that drives every decision at High Scale. As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll translate complex datasets into insights that shape campaigns, optimize performance, and influence strategic decisions across marketing, production, and client success.

You’ll be the bridge between data and creativity—helping teams understand what works, why it works, and how to do more of it.

What You’ll Do

1. Analyze & Interpret Data

  • Dive deep into campaign, audience, and performance datasets to uncover insights and trends.

  • Translate raw data into actionable recommendations for creative, production, and strategy teams.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and innovation across multiple platforms and channels.

2. Build Dashboards & Reporting Tools

  • Develop dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations that make complex data digestible.

  • Ensure real-time visibility into KPIs for campaigns, clients, and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to streamline reporting processes.

3. Support Strategic Decision-Making

  • Partner with leadership to provide data-driven guidance for client campaigns and business initiatives.

  • Quantify the impact of creative, production, and marketing decisions on ROI and engagement metrics.

  • Forecast trends and model scenarios to inform budgeting, staffing, and content strategies.

4. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with creative, production, and account teams to translate insights into measurable action.

  • Provide guidance on A/B testing, experimental campaigns, and performance optimization.

  • Mentor junior analysts and help foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

5. Innovate & Optimize

  • Identify gaps in data collection, analysis, or visualization and implement solutions.

  • Evaluate new analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve performance insights.

  • Turn complex datasets into clear, strategic narratives that drive results.

Who You Are

1. Experienced Data Professional

  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.

  • Proficient with SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent analytics and visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or production performance metrics is a plus.

2. Analytical & Insight-Driven

  • Obsessed with accuracy, trends, and actionable insights.

  • Able to translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

3. Strategic Thinker

  • You see the big picture but don’t ignore the details.

  • You can anticipate trends and provide foresight that informs creative and business decisions.

4. Collaborative & Communicative

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You can present data insights in a compelling, story-driven way that inspires action.

5. Fast-Paced & Adaptable

  • Thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities.

  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining precision.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: $40,000-$70,000/year

  • Growth Opportunities: Shape the analytics function at a high-growth, innovative agency.

  • Relentless Innovation Culture: Work with creative and operational teams to leverage data for game-changing campaigns.
