APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Please fill out the application online and attach the following documents to your completed application: cover letter, resume, three letters of recommendation (must be dated and within the last year. At least one letter must be from a direct supervisor), multiple subjects teaching credential with adapted physical education added authorization, copies of ALL college transcripts (graduate and undergraduate; must include community college, if attended), proof of CSET passage and evaluations from student teaching or teaching (if just completed).

Requirements / Qualifications
Current Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential with Adapted Physical Education Added Authorization, at the time of hire. In all cases, appropriate credentials are required.
