 As ADON / Infection Preventionist, you will lead infection control planning and surveillance, manage outbreaks, ensure state and federal regulatory compliance, educate and train staff, and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maintain the highest standards of care.

 Qualifications:
• Current PA RN license
• 2+ years of long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Will IP certify a qualified ADON Applicant!
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge
