We’re seeking a Process & Change Analyst who can partner across functions to simplify complex processes, drive adoption of recommended improvements, and translate operational needs into clear, actionable plans. The ideal candidate blends hands-on field experience (e.g., BDR or Account Executive background) with strong process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure processes are efficient, well-documented, and adoptable by diverse teams.

Simplify complex processes and present them in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand and act upon.
Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, decision trees, and quick-reference job aids.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and drive consensus.
Design and support implementation of change plans, including communications, training materials, and adoption metrics.
Develop and track KPIs to measure process performance and improvement impact; produce regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
Support pilots and rollout activities; gather feedback and iterate on processes and materials.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to simplify and document complex processes for diverse audiences (field teams, managers, product/engineering).
Proven experience collaborating across multiple organizational capabilities and building stakeholder alignment.
Practical experience with process mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools) and familiarity with documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and understanding of sales workflows preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Time spent in field roles such as Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive (AE), or Sales Operations — giving practical sales/field perspective.
Change management exposure (e.g., ADKAR framework, Prosci training) or formal certifications (Prosci, Six Sigma, Lean).
Experience working with SaaS product teams or in enterprise software companies.
Experience developing training materials, job aids, and short-form communications geared to adoption.
