Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Rate: $35–$36 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
- Provide personalized care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan.
- Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes.
- Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred but not required.
