Job Description
Keep on reading, we are looking for a Nordic Product Brand Manager to strengthen the Marketing team in our Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen, Denmark. 
In the role, as the Nordic product brand manager for essie you will be leading the brand in the Nordic market. You will be responsible for building the yearly strategy, orchestrating launches, and strengthen the brand's footprint across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will be instrumental in defining the Nordic brand strategy, driving success and innovation, ensuring every product, every campaign, and every message resonates deeply with what our diverse beauty community craves.
 
You will… 
Manage the strategy of the brand to drive sell-out & gain market share across Nordics 

Build the vision of each launch and develop locally relevant campaigns with strong hooks based on consumer insights.  Be the project leader for each campaign internally & externally and manage the production budget 
Orchestrate 360° Campaigns:  own impactful O+O (Online + Offline) including asset production and execution for paid media, based on learnings, partnering with Media and Business Development teams
Own the product expression of essie across all touchpoints instore and online 
Performance Tracking: Monitor brand and product performance through sell-out analysis, delivering data-driven insights and reporting to the Zone 
Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure unified brand implementation and project delivery across all Nordic countries
Budget & Compliance: Manage the A&P budget allocation to execute the marketing strategy while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for artworks and claims.
