Lounge Busser
Job Description
Position Overview:
The Lounge Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, assisting the waitstaff, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The ideal candidate is efficient, attentive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Table Maintenance:
- Clear and reset lounge tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
- Ensure that tables are properly set with clean glasses, napkins, and utensils.
Cleanliness:
- Keep the lounge area clean and organized, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Remove trash and ensure that all service stations are fully stocked with supplies.
Support to Waitstaff:
- Assist lounge servers by delivering drinks and food to guests when needed.
- Refill water and assist guests with any requests during their visit.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, but previous experience in a restaurant or lounge is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
