What You'll Do? 

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems, software and related infrastructure

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Manage, configure, and customize Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, reports, dashboards, and more.  
•    Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permission sets, and ensure that users have appropriate access to the platform and data. 
•    Provide ongoing user support, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of Salesforce across the organization.  
•    Perform regular system checks, handle data imports/exports, and ensure system updates and patches are applied in a timely manner.  
•    Implement security measures including data encryption, access controls, and privacy settings, ensuring the platform is compliant with internal and external security regulations. 
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business objectives.  
•    Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support decision-making.  
•    Perform regular testing of new features, customizations, and updates to ensure stability and optimal performance of the platform. 
•    Participates in and leads technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the systems domain. 
•    Leads and is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, adapting and/or implementing complex short- and long-term solutions to IT needs through new and existing systems, software and hardware. 
•    Primarily self-directed. Performs system upgrades, configuration and customizations including planning and scheduling, implementation testing, and coordination. 
•    Monitors and maintains system performance and functionality, software licensing and maintenance agreements. 
•    Coordinates and partners with other technical teams to identify and understand problems with systems and develop solutions to resolve them.
 



Qualifications:

Education & Credentials 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; or combination of post-high school education and experience equal to eight (8) years.  Salesforce Administrator Certification is a requirement, or at least a year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Experience: 

8 - 10 years of experience administering applications

Technical Skills: 

•    Proficient with Salesforce, SOQL, Workbench, SQL, Microsoft Office products, including Power BI, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
•    Advanced proficiency in the administration of systems, software, and hardware in moderate to complex environments. 
•    Understanding of the Visualforce framework and Apex programming language a plus. 
•    Knowledge within Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (C Sight) and Marketing Cloud. 
•    Experience with CRM Analytics and administration of reports and dashboards. 
•    Understanding of Salesforce process automation including workflows and Process Builder. 
•    Understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices. 
•    Ability to perform mass data imports, exports and data fixes within Salesforce
