Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of automotive sales professionals
- Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and drive results that meet and exceed targets
- Lead and support customer prospecting and follow-up efforts
- Assist with overcoming objections, closing deals, and ensuring adherence to company sales processes
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and desk support to maximize team success
What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales management experience or a consistent record as a top-performing sales consultant
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on, positive leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to adapt to modern sales tools, processes, and customer expectations
