Rental Operations Team Member (Fixed Term until Nov 2026) With potential extension or transfer to another thl location in AU or abroad

About the Role

We are seeking a team member who will deliver exceptional service to our rental guests by:
• Completing rental contracts
• Demonstrating vehicle features (full training provided)
• Selling ancillary products (reduction options, tables & chairs, etc.)
• Assisting guests through the pick‑up and return process

Guest experience is central to our values — we want every guest to leave excited and ready for the road ahead.

This is a 7‑day tourism operation, so availability across weekends and public holidays is required. In return, you’ll enjoy free of use of our RV and an attractive commission structure for ancillary sales.

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking someone with:

• Customer service and/or sales experience
• A valid open manual driver’s licence (essential for driving our RVs)
• A positive, can‑do attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Confidence with technology and apps
• A calm approach to conflict resolution and negotiation
• A belief that teamwork makes the dream work
• Bonus: German or other European language skills (not required)
• Training is provided — we’ll set you up for success.
