This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with Solutions Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to deliver measurable results. You’ll leverage data, insights, and modern marketing technologies—including AI-enabled tools—to continuously optimize campaign performance and scale impact. Where You Will Make an Impact:
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns aligned to the higher‑education buyer journey. Ensure consistent messaging, strong CTAs, and a cohesive prospect experience across email, digital media, paid social, events (live/virtual), and direct mail.
Campaign Orchestration & Governance: Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning and orchestration across teams, channels, and timelines. Align dependencies, messaging, and follow‑up models to business priorities and complex buying groups.
Pipeline Creation & Acceleration: Own campaign performance from planning through optimization, driving measurable MQL and MOP contribution to pipeline. Continuously evaluate and refine programs to accelerate funnel conversion.
Measurement, Attribution & Insights: Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution, funnel tracking (engagement → MQL → MOP), and data hygiene across Salesforce and Marketo. Use insights to inform scaling, and refinement.
Content & AI‑Enabled Scaling: Collaborate with Solutions Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Digital to deploy persona‑aligned, compelling content. Leverage AI tools to accelerate content repurposing, campaign builds, performance analysis, and lifecycle extension.
Sales Enablement & Alignment: Enable Field Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams with clear positioning, target audiences, assets, and follow‑up guidance to convert engagement into pipeline.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, etc.
What You Will Bring:
Experience: 5–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or campaign management, including 3+ years in SaaS, technology, or IT‑related industries. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
Data & Insights: Strong ability to use data and insights to guide campaign strategy, optimization, and business outcomes.
Project Management: Strong project/program management skills with the ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build rapport with core stakeholders and team members.
Ownership & Resourcefulness: Highly motivated, accountable, and proactive. Confident in the ability to leverage available resources to deliver results and meet KPIs.
Technology Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Monday.com, 6Sense, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
