Job description

Contribute to product engineering and technical support for the RockSolid™ technology. The role covers sustaining activities, product improvements, and technical support for an integrated system with both mechanical and electrical components.

Job requirements

  • Relevant engineering education (BSc or MSc); technical vocational education with relevant experience may also be considered
  • Solid mechanical knowledge is required; experience with, or strong interest in, mechatronics or electrical systems is a strong advantage
  • You are systematic and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately with product structures, part numbers, and technical data
  • Good English skills, written and spoken

Job responsibilities

  • Support minor product development activities in cooperation with Design and R&D engineers, and act as a technical interface to ensure solutions are suitable for the RockSolid product family
  • Take responsibility for technical documentation, testing, inspection, and product follow‑up activities for assigned products after handover from R&D
  • Maintain and update product structures, item data, and technical information in Interwell’s ERP system to ensure correct and up‑to‑date product status
  • Work with integrated mechanical and electrical systems, including understanding interfaces and overall system functionality
  • Provide technical support for RockSolid products to internal stakeholders and partners
  • Help identify product improvement needs, upgrades, and redesign proposals
  • Contribute to verification and validation activities for products and systems
  • Support training and presentations related to RockSolid technology
  • Provide technical input to market and sales materials when requested
  • Follow Interwell’s HSE and quality systems, procedures, and design requirements
