HS ASSISTANT BOYS BASKETBALL COACH

 

                                                                       2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

 

INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

• Demonstrated knowledge, dedication, experience, and ability to teach basketball skills and conditioning program


• Ability to teach student athletes sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, commitment, pride, and fun


• Ability to communicate effectively with the students and parents and enforce rules and expectations equitably


• Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model


• Availability and willingness to help with summer basketball program(s), and other out of season camps, clinics, etc., as may be needed or desired


• Proven successful experience with high school and/or junior high school students


• Current valid first aid card


• Experience and/or training in the care and prevention of athletic injuries preferred


• Be willing to maintain coaches’ standards as established by WIAA


• Be able to clear WSP/FBI Criminal Background check
