Job Description:
If you’ve spent years in a marketing agency helping small to mid-sized businesses grow—and you love the idea of stepping into a more strategic, consultative role—this is where that experience pays off. As a Marketing Trainer, you’ll work directly with high-performing real estate title agents, helping them elevate their digital presence and win more business. This isn’t just training—it’s hands-on consulting, coaching, and strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how marketing is done across a national organization while building scalable programs that make a real impact.
Florida Based Travel: Up to ~60% (includes overnight stays for in-person trainings)
Work style: Mix of independent work, collaboration, and field engagement
What You’ll Do:
Coach, Consult, and Elevate
- Partner 1:1 with title agents to improve their digital marketing performance
- Conduct audits across key channels: websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email/CRM
- Build clear, customized marketing plans agents can actually execute
- Deliver engaging in-person trainings that simplify complex marketing concepts
- Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to drive measurable results
Build & Scale a Best-in-Class Program
- Create playbooks, training materials, and video resources
- Develop templates, workflows, and tools agents can reuse
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve and expand the training program
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and operations teams
- Identify ways to continuously improve the agent experience and program effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
- This role is ideal for someone coming from a marketing agency environment who’s ready to step into a more strategic, people-focused position.
- Strong background across digital channels: websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email, CRM
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses (agency experience highly preferred)
- Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative, or coaching role
- Ability to break down marketing into simple, actionable steps
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience creating training content, playbooks, or scalable programs is a plus
- Real estate exposure is helpful—but not required
What Makes This Role Different:
- High impact: You’re directly influencing business growth for top-performing agents
- Strategic + hands-on: A mix of consulting, coaching, and program building
- Autonomy: You’ll help shape and evolve the training program
- Variety: No two agents—or strategies—are the same
- Growth opportunity: Ideal for someone looking to move beyond execution into leadership and influence
