Daily Duties Include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, through various communication channels such as Phone, Email and Chat.
- Processing Sales Transactions, Customer Orders, Supplier invoice entry.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain Stock & Workshop Supplies.
- Helping maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area.
Ideal Candidate:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisation skills.
- Empathy, Patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team & to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
- Knowledge on XERO and MechanicDesk Software programs will be an advantage.
- Driver’s Licence.
